I am a wife, mom, fitness junkie, foodie chef and goal reaching business mentor from California. Although, I do feel like I have lived just about everywhere being a military wife. I currently live in the United Arab Emirates! I live to create physical, mental, spiritual, relationship and financial success in those who entrust me with the deepest parts of their journey.

Aside from other endeavors that drive my passion, I am most enthusiastic about my faith, my own school studies, my family and my business. This all comes together by creating success for myself and others in my circle of influence. I love spending time with my kiddos and my hubby and when I am not doing that my favorite past time is helping others find their best self! I take a holistic approach to life. I believe a fulfilling lifestyle is one where a person is fit spiritually, physically and financially. Through hard work and determination we all have the potential to live a life of overwhelming abundance without hindering the success of others but instead encouraging one another to be stronger, better, each day and all over the world.

I have been a life coach in one capacity or another for over 14 years. When I was a Beachbody coach, I learned a lot. I learned so much from the personal development events I attended, the books I read and my incredible team of coaches. Through a outlook of passion, I quickly rose to stardom as a top 10 ranking Elite Star Diamond Coach.

I used to have low self-esteem. Tired, overweight and broke I felt like I needed to make a significant change in my life. I wasn’t sure at the time what that meant but I was willing to hunt it out and fight for the dreams that I had to be to feel better about my life!

In 2005, I started using Beachbody products, and in 2010, I “got serious” with P90X, an intense workout regimen. I have worked out everyday since and through all of my health ups and downs being fit physically and grounded spiritually has kept me balanced.

I have also earned a certified personal training certificate through NASM and I am a certified Turbo Kick and P90X coach. In addition, I have dabbled in culinary studies before we moved internationally so that I can bring you the absolute BEST when it comes to not only good for you food but food that tastes GREAT!!  (Make sure you check out my recipes!!)

When I decided I needed to change my life for the better I went after it with all of my might to include turning my new found passion for this companies mission into an income for my family!

I took that struggle that I was facing over 14 years ago and I turned it into a fighting desire to WIN! I remember how we were struggling to make ends meet and our finances were threatening to pull me away from my family into the world of cubicles. For many this life is exactly what they want but for me all I wanted was to be with the daughter that it took us over 2 years to conceive. I had tried several different at home opportunities and all of them failed. I went to school to become a medical transcriptionist and it was fun but didn’t bring the level of income we needed. I began to believe there was only one solution– Corporate America! But putting this girl in Corporate America is like putting a wild tiger in a cage!

I had a million reasons to believe that Beachbody was a scam and a waste of time—time my family didn’t have to waste. Nothing else worked… Why should this! It did work. I was a huge success. However, the “coaching” part of Beachbody didn’t last. Now we are just affiliates. I have broadened my horizons into understanding marketing. I was a huge success in this area and since I have helped others with marketing, branding ideas, and leader mentoring. I have loved every minute of it. We have also traveled as a family to a multitude of countries and enjoyed our young children, growing and creating their own mark on the world.

Just six years into my Beachbody journey, we were the newest Millionaire’s Club members helping others create their own fitness and financial success!  A $40 investment combined with a lot of heart and a lot of work gave me a 2,500,000% return on my investment.

Beachbody has been restructured but I am still here doing what I love– helping others live their best life.
